Cheat Dauphinoise Potatoes – A Healthy And Quick Version
Today I’m sharing a recipe which I like to call the”cheat” dauphinoise potato dish. If you’re unfamiliar with the recipe, basically dauphinoise potatoes is a delicious, but fat-heavy dish as the original recipe is made with cream, and cheese. My version is a lot lighter as it contains no cheese and no cream (just yoghurt) and thus it’s perfect for a light side dish, or if you’re avoiding heavy dairy, but you can tolerate yoghurt. Not only that, but my version does not require the potatoes to be cooked before they’re placed in the oven, which means you can make this dish in just 5 minutes. Plus, my kids absolutely…

The Best Brownie Recipe For Dark Chocolate And Salt Lovers!
This recipe for chocolate brownies is seriously one of the best I’ve ever had. These brownies are both gooey and crunchy, and if you love the combination of dark chocolate and salt, these are definitely for you. The secret in these brownies is the use of cocoa powder (and lots of it) as well as brown sugar. This gives the brownies the deep dark chocolate flavour and the crunch. The gooeyness comes from the fact that only a small amount of flour is used. If you’re worried these brownies won’t be sweet enough, don’t fear. The salt actually helps to bring out the sweetness from the brown sugar. Hence, these…

I love taking quiches to picnics as they’re so versatile, and you can add different vegetables, thus making them more nutritious. As some of you know, I follow a low-carb eating plan, and wheat is off the menu for day-to-day meals. As a homemaker…
